This Courthouse is a symbol of Hill Valley heritage, due to the clock tower that had been struck by lightning and has stayed at 10:04.

Aside from sleeping out in the open, Bufford Tannen's hideout is an old abandoned Inn.

This rickety old school house is the only place in all of Hill Valley to get an education.
